I took this in a low light Karaoke Bar with the Sony A55; I brought the LED Ring Light but it was fail, 1. Way too bright on peoples eyes (blinding) and 2. It died while in use in another video, it will go from bright to very very dim, some kind of connection problem, not the battery, other people having the same problem on Amazon reviews. I took this video on my Sony A55 with my iPhone4 light as a last resort with the app 'Just Light' turned out it worked extremely well! iPhone4 saves the day. Without the iPhone light it's impossible to see. iPhone4 light is absolutely PERFECT, the only problem is i have to hold it with one hand and hold the camera with the other, so I am unable to change the zoom, but other then that, this is a PERFECT solution for low light video with the Sony A55. This is with the built in MIC. For my next upgrade I would like to get a different MIC!
